Returns Policy

 

IN-STORE: Whilst we do not offer a refund on unwanted goods, we will gladly offer an exchange or Bolder & Co credit note within 28 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. The item must be unworn, in the same condition, in its original packaging and any relevant documentation.

We regret that this does not include personalised items and special orders, bespoke orders, which are handmade to order. Alterations can be made to rectify any problems, however costing is up to the manager's discretion.
