A lot of research goes into doing an insurance valuation to ensure that the correct new retail value is obtained, we have a minimum charge of £35.00, this covers you up to £2000.00 worth of value. Anything above this becomes £18.00 per thousand. This works out to be 1.5% +VAT of the overall item(s). Most are completed on-sight, occasionally stones may have to be analysed by a gemologist off-sight.

We specialise in fine and costume jewellery repairs. Most of our repairs take place at our workshop off-sight. We try our best to give you an estimate on drop-off of your item(s), but as most repairs are unique, we often take in the item(s) and quote later on once our workshop has had a look at the piece. All quotes are no obligation to proceed with work. We normally have repairs from 1-2 weeks depending on the work that needs to be done.

We can change watch batteries on-sight providing the watch is not waterproof. This costs £15.00 and takes a few hours. 

If you have a watch that is waterproof or a luxury watch, this will need to go to our watch workshop, battery prices start at £45.00.
